Welcome to FOMO21.com, your exclusive platform for Bitcoin-focused e-books. We are thrilled to consider your work for publication on our site. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth submission process.

What We List

  • eBooks and Audiobooks Only: We list only eBooks and Audiobooks on FOMO21.com; no physical books are currently accepted.
  • Content Focus: All submissions must be focused on Bitcoin or heavily related to Bitcoin. We do not accept books about other cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or Web 3.0 technologies.

Submission Requirements

  • Ownership and Rights: By submitting your e-book and/or audiobook, you affirm that you are the sole owner of all rights to the book and that publishing it on FOMO21.com will not conflict with any other agreements you may have.
  • File Format: Our preferred submission format is EPUB. If this is not available, please submit your manuscript as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx), PDF (.pdf), or Apple Pages (.pages).
  • Cover Images: Include high-resolution PNG (.png) or JPEG (.jpg) files of the front and back covers of your book.
  • Product Description: Provide a clear and concise description of your book to be displayed on the product page.

Pricing Your E-Book

Royalties

  • Royalty Rates: Royalties will be calculated on net sales. Net sales are defined as the selling price of the book minus any discounts applied. For example, if your book is priced at $19.99 and a customer uses a 10% discount, the net sales will be $17.99, and royalties are calculated from this amount.
  • Contractual Agreement: Before your book is listed and sold on FOMO21.com, you will receive a contract specifying the agreed upon royalty rate. Royalty rates are typically 70% or higher.

Protecting Your E-Book

  • Limited Download Access: Each purchase of your e-book provides a download link that can be accessed only three times, reducing the risk of unauthorized sharing (FOMO21 may reduce or increase this at any time).
  • Digital Watermarking: Each copy of your eBook includes a digital watermark with the following or similar language: "This document is protected using an electronic watermark. This digital download is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You are expressly prohibited from redistributing, sharing, or reselling this file, or any part of its contents. Any unauthorized distribution of this digital download is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action."
  • Limitation of Liability: FOMO21 is not responsible for any unauthorized distribution of your e-book by FOMO21 customers or for any malfunctions related to the distribution system.

Payment Process

  • Royalty Payments: FOMO21 will pay the Agent its royalties on a quarterly basis, within 15 days after the quarter ends. Payments will be made on April 15th, July 15th, October 15th, and January 15th. If the 15th lands on a federal holiday or weekend, payment will be made by the next business day.
  • To be eligible for payout, the Agent must have earned a minimum of $100 each quarter. If
    this threshold is not met within the quarter, the earnings will roll over to the next quarter and
    continue to do so until the threshold is met.
  • Bank Information and Tax Documentation: After signing a contract with FOMO21, you will be requested to provide bank account information for ACH transfers and complete a W-9 form.

Review and Rejection

  • All Genres Welcome: We are open to all genres, as long as the content is centered around Bitcoin.
  • Rejection Policy: We reserve the right to reject any book for any reason, including but not limited to content type and quality.
