Do you accept bitcoin?

Yes! Of course we do! You will see an option to pay with bitcoin under the payment section at the final step of the checkout process.

Do you accept cryptocurrencies other than bitcoin?

No. We are a bitcoin company. It is our mission to see bitcoin adopted globally.

What are my shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your items, the service you select, and your shipping location. You can always add the items to your cart and see your shipping costs.

Do you ship to my country?

FOMO21 ships worldwide.

FOMO21 does NOT ship to the following countries and territories: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. 

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

  • Afghanistan
  • Bhutan
  • Brunei
  • Chad
  • Laos
  • Libya
  • Mongolia
  • Samoa
  • South Sudan
  • Timor-Leste
  • Turkmenistan
  • Yemen

The list of countries may change periodically.

How Do I Send A Return or Exchange An Item?

FOMO21 will accept returns within 30 days (45 days for orders placed between 12/4/23-1/18/24) for products that are not used, unopened, defective, or you are not happy with the item for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@fomo21.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we are not able to accept returns on items with custom (personalized) text or any other items marked as final sale.

I ordered a product and now it's on sale. Will you refund me the difference?

On occasion we put some items on sale, or have a sitewide sale.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for the difference in price on sale items. 

My Coupon Code Isn't Working.

Our coupon codes cannot be used on sale items (unless otherwise noted). Some codes require a minimum purchase, and most codes are limited to one use per customer. Some codes are found on third party websites and are not valid or are not created by FOMO21. If your code is still not working, you can always contact us to see what the issue is.

I have a question about a size on an apparel item.

You can find the size chart on any product page. Remember we offer 100% guarantee & free returns.  

An item is out of stock on the website, when will it be available?

When an item goes out of stock on our website we typically replenish it as fast as we can. We want to sell more of them just as much as you want to buy one. Usually we are just waiting on the manufacturer to get more in stock so they can ship them to us. 

Can I call and place my order?

At this time, all orders need to be placed online so we can focus on making new designs & shipping.  Please place your order online. 

Do you have a storefront?

We are online only.
