Refund policy
FOMO21 will accept returns within 30 days* for products that are not used, unopened, defective, or you are not happy with the item for any reason (*no refunds or exchanges are available for digital downloads).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@fomo21.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to reship it to the correct address; however, the customer is responsible for the new shipping cost. If the carrier marks the package as delivered or if it is not returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds for Bitcoin Payments
All product prices are denominated in U.S. dollars. If you pay using Bitcoin, refunds will always be based on the original U.S. dollar purchase price of the item. Refunds may be made in U.S. dollars to your original payment method where possible. If refunded in Bitcoin, the refund amount will be converted at the current exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.
Example: If you purchased a $50 item and paid 0.001 BTC at checkout, your refund will be $50. If refunded in Bitcoin, that $50 will be converted back into Bitcoin at the current exchange rate at the time of refund.
Important note: Because the price of Bitcoin changes over time, the Bitcoin amount you receive in a refund may be different from the Bitcoin amount you originally paid. Refunds are always based on the U.S. dollar purchase price of the item at the time the refund is processed.
